ABOUT POOL PILOTS

We help Arizona pool owners keep water clear, equipment protected, and weekends free.

How Pool Pilots Took Flight

The Take Off Story

Pool Pilots was born from a simple observation: Phoenix has 300+ days of sunshine, thousands of gorgeous pools, and somehow people were still spending their weekends doing chemistry homework instead of perfecting their backstroke.

That seemed criminal.

So we assembled a crack team of pool technicians who actually give a damn, people who understand that a pool isn’t just a hole filled with water, it’s a lifestyle delivery system. Our mission? To make pool ownership feel less like home maintenance and more like having a cabana boy (without the awkwardness).

We’re fully licensed, obsessively reliable, and we believe leisure is a serious business. Our founder once drove 45 minutes out of the way to return a pool skimmer to the right house. That’s the kind of people we are.

Frequently asked POOL SERVICE questions

What’s included in a weekly pool maintenance visit?

Each week, a Pool Pilots technician handles everything needed to keep your pool clean, clear, and running smoothly. We skim debris, brush surfaces, empty baskets, balance chemicals, and inspect equipment to catch small issues early. After every visit, you’ll receive a service report so you know exactly what was done and how your pool is performing.

Our Pool Pilots technicians are fully trained, experienced, and continuously educated on best practices in pool care. They are equipped with the right tools, clear processes, and ongoing support to deliver consistent, high-quality service. Most importantly, they take pride in their work and treat your pool like it is their own.

Consistency is central to how Pool Pilots operates. We follow standardized service checklists, use professional-grade tools, and provide detailed reporting to ensure every pool receives the same high level of care. If something ever is not right, we address it quickly. Our goal is dependable service you can trust week after week.

Transparency is important to us. After each visit, you will receive a detailed service report outlining the work completed, any chemical adjustments made, and the overall condition of your pool. This keeps you informed and confident that your pool is being properly cared for, even when you are not home.
